The quest line is the backbone of progression in ARC Raiders: it guides new players through the systems, rewards blueprints and materials, and is the only source of certain items (the Hullcracker Blueprint is quest-only).
How the quest line works
- Progression — quests unlock in sequence; completing objectives grants materials, blueprints and story progress.
- Quest rewards — confirmed rewards include blueprint unlocks and materials; individual reward tables are listed per quest only when verified.
- Reset behaviour — since the 5th Expedition (Sep 2026), quest reset after an expedition is opt-in: you can continue from where you left off instead of repeating.
- Quest-only items — the Hullcracker Blueprint can only be obtained through the quest line; keeping quest progress preserves your access.
