Ermal Vouchers
The official conversion explained — no invented values.
Ermal Vouchers are the official compensation for partial Caravan progress when expeditions pause after the 5th Expedition (Sep 8–29, 2026). Embark confirmed the conversion in the expedition announcement; details below are limited to what official sources state.
What Ermal Vouchers are
Official rule: when expeditions pause, partially completed Caravans are converted to Ermal Vouchers of equivalent value. The vouchers are tied to the trader Ermal, the Nomadic Envoy.
Why they exist
Because expeditions pause after Expedition 5 (returning in redesigned form in early 2027), progress that would otherwise be wiped is not discarded: the Caravan's partial value carries over as vouchers instead.
When the conversion happens
Embark's announcement ties the conversion to the expedition pause after Expedition 5. The exact conversion date, exchange rate and any claim window were not published in the announcement — those are marked Needs verification.
What vouchers can buy
Official sources describe vouchers as carrying Caravan value into the pause; the full redemption list is not published. This page does not invent uses — check back after the pause starts or see the in-game shop.
Where to use them
Vouchers are an Ermal-related currency: hold them for the pause period and spend with the Nomadic Envoy's shop when offers rotate. What exactly they unlock is pending official detail.
